Особенности:
- Ведет скрытое наблюдение за очередью печати (всеми установленными принтерами)
- Подсчитывает все отправляемые данные на принтер и сохраняет их в файл
- Ведение логов, какой пользователь какой документ в какое время и сколько листов напечатал
- Отправка логов по FTP
- Отправка напечатанных файлов по FTP
- Не определяет сколько копий документа отправлено на печать, одна или сто, из за этого могут быть не стыковки с подсчетом
Внимание! Служба (сервис) не имеет собственного интерфейса, вся работа представлена в виде логов. Чтобы настроить службу необходимо:
- В файле print_count.ini указать необходимые настройки.
- Сохранить файл print_count.ini и print_count.exe в нужную папку (обязательно файлы должны быть рядом).
- Установить службу print_count на ПК. Через ярлык, или через консоль вызвать print_count.exe -install -silent. Ключи -install -silent означают, установить скрытно (при повторной установке выдается ошибка).
- Запустить службу можно самостоятельно (администрирование\службы\print_count ), или она автоматически запуститься после перезагрузки компьютера.
- Далее служба при удачном запуске обнаруживает принтеры установленные на компьютере и создает файл all_print.txt. После этого начинает следит за очередью печати и вести логи.
